Although HIP Packs are contentious for some, our aim is to keep our clients as much in control and independent of large, anonymous 'Pack Providers" as possible.  The HIP becomes yours - and as such can be transferred to any Estate Agent you sign with or change to.  

EPC's

Adura Gaia supplies Energy Performance Certificates directly to Home Owners, Solicitors, and Landlords for residential and rented properties, in compliance with the current regulations.  These EPC's are a required part of the Home Information Pack that must be held by the vendor of a residential property.  They are now also a requirement for Landlords, to make available to their residential tenants.  Turnover for EPC's is now quite fast, and these can be arranged through Adura Gaia for a date and time that is suitable for the customer at reasonably short notice.

HIP's
The Home Information Pack from Adura Gaia delivers YOU control over how and when you sell your home.  As an independent supplier of HIP's these can be commissioned at any time in advance of your property going on the market and - unlike some arrangements for HIP's - YOU OWN IT and can move it immediately and easily to any estate agent you wish, when you wish!
