HIP's and EPC's
Although HIP packs have been contentious for some, our aim is to keep our clients as much in control and independent of large, anonymous 'Pack Providers' as possible. The HIP is yours – and as such can be transferred to any Estate Agent you sign with or change to.
Our every-day 'Carbon Footprint' is a serious topic. The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a valuable document with information to help you to understand how you can save money and reduce your impact on the environment.
We can provide just EPC's or Full HIP's, depending on your own personal requirements.
